What makes us unique |
|
Our approach to delivering Government welfare-to-work contracts for the long-term unemployed is different from any other UK private sector provider.
Our established Employment Centres sit at the heart of our approach. From our Centres we offer jobseekers practical, sector-specific experience of working in various professional directions. Our delivery strategy has been wholly considered to address the needs of our customers. By drawing together a mixed economy of subcontractors from across the private and voluntary sectors, we are catering for an equally broad mix of customer needs and circumstances. Our customer journey offers unique experiences that are not otherwise available from other traditional welfare-to-work venues.
Our approach maximises investment in work focused activity. By mirroring real work conditions, we meet customer needs through the transition from benefits to employment. |

EOS is delighted to be able to tender for this provision across the West Midlands and Yorkshire & the Humber with the exception of Leeds, Bradford Wakefield*.
